"Le fait que la conciergerie ne nous ait pas remis dès notre arrivée les cartes d'hôtes permettant de bénéficier de la gratuité du train. Nous avons dû payer 36 euros dont nous souhaitons le remboursement. La communication compliquée avec une conciergerie parlant peu le français."

"Great location near Les Gaillands. Lake and train station within a few mins walk. The #2 bus stop is 2 min walk from the property which takes you straight into the town or Chamonix Sud. Acro park is 5 mins from the apartment - great for children - rock climbing and zip lines"

"Nothing. Great base. The property was a 20-25 min walk from central Chamonix but we really liked being a little out of town"

"Pros: - the location is great (awesome view from the balcon and living room, close to the bus&train stations) - the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook every now and then (the dishwasher is a plus) - the beds were pretty comfortable (two of the bedrooms have an amazing view to the mountains) - the apartament was clean and cozy - the host was responsive and nice"

"We came as a family of 5, including a small child. The apartment had everything we needed waiting for us, including the most pesky things like a good knife. The beds were very comfortable, and most of the facilities were very clean and in good shape. The apartment is located at the outer part of Chamonix, but there is a good grocery store nearby, also a bakery and a pharmacy, so actually it was very easy to start the days with the kids. The mountain view from the apartment is magnificent, and I Promise you won't be disappointed from it. Near the apartment there is a stream of water and a nice lake, which are 2 minutes walking, and a beautiful road for light walks or bicycle rides for small children. The staff were very helpful, and we got all the instruction ahead of time."

"The shower in the bedroom is very small and is not usable for large people. The main shower only had a hand held shower had, because the telescopic holding was broken. Regarding cleanliness, it was mostly clean, but since we moved beds around, we saw that under the beds and the living room sofa it wasn't really clean. Also the stove top hood and the stove were greasy."
